Varieties grown are Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer. From the Gewurztraminer we usually make an Off Dry and a Dry style and / or an Alasce style desert wine depending on the weather. Noble Gewurz, an after dinner desert wine and/or an Alsace style desert wine, are produced in the years when we have Botrytis on the fruit.

We make a dry Pinot Rosé from the Pinot Noir grapes as well as a young vines Pinot Noir that is known as Petit Pinot. Our premium Pinot Noir comes off our original plants from the early 1990's.

Sauvignon Blanc fruit is not planted on the home block but sourced locally from Martinborough.

Each variety has been named after a close friend or relative, we have tasting notes for some vintages, and a list of the awards they have won.
