This tightly structured and delicately flavoured wine is just dry and is best enjoyed with food, where its dryness cleans the palate and emphasises the food flavours. Hints of pears, limes and honey dominate the palate. Best enjoyed from 2018 and beyond. This wine is unfined, wine diamonds may form.
A dry style Pinot Gris with a slightly richer expression than the 2023 vintage. Layers of honeyed pear, baked apple and subtle raisin notes unfold across the palate. The gentle sweetness is balanced by refreshing dryness, making it an excellent companion to food where it refreshes and cleanses between bites.
